Rooted & Rising:
A Journey of Healing and Renewal
Have you been working to heal from separation and divorce or navigating patterns of relational wounding (from partners or family) and finding yourself craving a connection with a community of women who understand your journey?
Maybe you’ve been exploring opportunities to retreat, disconnect from the mental and emotional needs of others, and lean into your internal narrative to nurture and soothe the women who have been over-functioning for as long as you can remember.
Are you out of the chaos of a toxic relationship and want to start putting the pieces of your life and identity back together?
This is your time to heal, connect to yourself and others, while reclaiming your inherent strength

“Accept yourself, love YOURSELF, and keep moving forward. If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down.”
— Roy T. Bennett
